The Henchmen Cookie is one of our cafe and customer favourites. Each cookie is fully loaded with hand cut chocolate chunks in and on a crunchy and slightly chewy peanut butter cookie. This cookie is pretty much all peanut butter and a ton of chocolate!

Each Henchmen Cookie is hand scooped, weighed, hand pressed and then topped with more chocolate chunks before they are baked. One is never enough.

If you just want one or two Henchmen Cookies, you can get them here.

Approximately 9+ cm in diameter.

Store refrigerated in an air tight container on their own as Henchmen Cookies absorb moisture and will go soft if stored with our dessert bars or other treats.

Best consumed within 2 weeks.

My family believe these are the best cookies ever. Fights and tears over who got the one with the most choc on top but that aside these are winners in our house. The texture is spot on. A bit of crunch, a bit of soft and chewy - perfect! There is no icky aftertaste and they are not overly sweet. Also a decent size and not gone in one bite. Delicious 😋
