Perfect Mother's Day High Tea

An easy way to spoil my mum on Mother's Day with a GF high tea, and for me to eat safely. No compromises here for GF so even the non-coeliacs loved the food. Everything was fresh and tasty and made for a cost effective and easy way to have high tea with my family. The scones were *chef's kiss* and the compotes were sensational!! We made some sandwiches to go with it and there was PLENTY of food for 5-6 of us.

What an amazing spread! Too enjoy these delectable treats was sublime. The scones, brownie and cheesecake were great but the 3 cheese muffins and the Berry Friand were out of this world.
