The Everyday Favourites
Dessert Bars, Henchmen Cookies and Cheesecake are available throughout the week.
No pre-order is needed for individual treats. You're always welcome to walk in and choose whatever catches your eye.

Excitable Porridge
Excitable Porridge is currently sold out.
We're making another batch and it'll be back on the shelves soon.
Made with rice flakes, almond meal and quinoa flakes, it's our warm, comforting breakfast for easy mornings.
Coming back soon.
Fresh Bread
We're currently making our gluten free bread in limited quantities, with loaves available for walk-ins on Friday and Saturday while stocks last.
Members of our VIP Gang get first access whenever new batches become available.
Another little step towards the everyday gluten free bakery we've been building.
Friday: Savoury Muffin Friday
A new flavour has arrived.
This week we're introducing:
Beetroot, Feta & Walnut
Earthy roasted beetroot, creamy feta and toasted walnuts folded through a soft, savoury muffin.
The beetroot brings a gentle sweetness, the feta adds little pockets of salty creaminess, and toasted walnuts bring richness and crucch.
A combination that's earthy, savoury and deeply satisfying.
We'll also have our regular:
Three Cheese
A soft, savoury muffin packed with a rich blend of three cheeses. Simple, cheesy and deeply satisfying.
Three Cheese Savoury Muffins made without garlic or onion and are suitable if you're Low FODMAP.
Our savoury muffins freeze beautifully, so they're easy to keep on hand for the week ahead.
Breakfast when you're rushing out the door.
A quick lunch when there's nothing in the fridge.
Or something warm and savoury when the hunger pangs hit.
Stored properly, they stay soft and tender rather than turning hard or dry.
Enjoy one warm from the oven, then tuck a few away in the freezer for later.

Saturday: Toastie & Choux Saturday
Saturday means hot gluten free toasties and choux pastries filled to order.
Black Sesame & Yuzu Curd
Black Sesame & Yuzu is staying for another week.
Two bold flavours that couldn't be more different, yet work beautifully together.
Black sesame brings deep, earthy, nutty richness, while yuzu cuts through with bright, tangy citrus.
Every bite is creamy, fresh and beautifully balanced.
You'll also find:
- Choux à la Crème
- Hot Chicken Toasties (DFO)
- Three Cheese Toasties (suitable if you're Low FODMAP)
- Complimentary filter coffee freshly roasted by Talk Coffee
- Henchmen Cookies

Choux are filled to order and toasties are served hot.
Come early for the widest selection. Saturdays have a habit of selling out.
