Monday–Thursday
The everyday favourites
Dessert bars, Henchmen Cookies and Cheesecake are available throughout the week.
No pre-order is needed for individual treats. You're always welcome to walk in and choose whatever catches your eye.
Because sometimes the best bakery visit is an unplanned one.
Excitable Porridge
Our first batch of Excitable Porridge has almost completely sold out.
So we're making another batch this week.
Made with rice flakes, almond meal and quinoa flakes, it's a warm, comforting breakfast designed for easy mornings.
Available in limited quantities.
Fresh Bread
Fresh gluten free bread loaves will be available in limited quantities for walk in customers on Friday and Saturday while stocks last.
We're currently baking in limited quantities as we continue to refine every loaf.
Members of our VIP Gang receive first access whenever new batches become available.
Soft, everyday bread that's just as good for toast as it is for sandwiches.
Friday: Savoury Muffin Friday
A little weekly ritual.
The best things in the freezer are usually the ones you forgot you had.
That's why so many of our customers grab a few extra savoury muffins while they're warm.
One for today.
A couple for the week ahead.
This Week's Feature Muffin
Cauliflower, Cheese & Herb
Cauliflower, tossed in olive oil and roasted until the edges turn beautifully golden, then folded through parmesan and fresh thyme.
Three Cheese
A soft, savoury muffin packed with a rich blend of three cheeses for a warm, comforting bite. Simple, cheesy and deeply satisfying.
Both savoury muffin flavours are made without garlic or onion and are suitable for our Low FODMAP customers.
Perfect warm from the oven.
Even better with a few tucked away in the freezer for the week ahead.

Saturday: Toastie & Choux Saturday
Final Saturday for Banoffee & Cream Choux
Caramelised banana in sticky toffee and whipped cream packed into a crisp choux shell.
We'll also have our Choux à la Crème and toasted sandwiches available throughout Saturday.
Come early for the widest selection. Saturdays have a habit of selling out.
