There's plenty to look forward to at Butter Mafia this week.
Corn, Cheese & Jalapeño Savoury Muffins are back for Savoury Muffin Friday, together with our Three Cheese (low FODMAP) favourite.
After introducing our Banana Walnut Maple Cake by the slice last week, you can now order one as a whole 8 inch cake.
On Saturday, we're bringing out our NEW Cinnamon Scrolls in limited quantities, along with Apple Pie Choux, filled with spiced apple compote and vanilla custard.
We'll also have Cheesy Spinach Strata, hot Toasties, Basque Cheesecake and Banana Walnut Maple Cake.

Savoury Muffins are fresh from 11am Friday.
Toasties, Choux, Scrolls & Complimentary Filter Coffee are available Saturday only, 10am–1pm.

Our Gluten Free Bakery in Northcote is open 9am–4pm Tuesday to Friday.
Drop in for our Basque Cheesecake, Dessert Bars, Henchmen Cookies and other gluten free treats during the week.
No pre-order needed for individual treats. You're welcome to walk in and choose whatever catches your eye.
Because sometimes the best bakery visit is an unplanned one.
Basque Cheesecake
Deeply caramelised on the outside with a soft, creamy centre.
Basque Cheesecakes is available every trading day, Tuesday to Saturday.
Choose from 6 inch, 8 inch and 10 inch whole cake, or enjoy a slice whenever you feel like on.
Whole cakes are available in limited quantities, so we recommend pre-ordering if you'd like us to have one ready for you.

Sweet corn, cheese and jalapeño baked into a soft, savoury gluten free muffin.
A little sweetness, a little heat and plenty of cheesy goodness.
Three Cheese
Sometimes simple is exactly what you want.
Cheesy, savoury and Low FODMAP, with no garlic or onion.
Both flavours are available Friday and Saturday.
Have one for lunch or take a few home for the freezer. They freeze beautifully, so you can have something savoury ready whenever you feel like it.
Fresh Gluten Free Bread | Friday & Saturday
Fresh gluten free white bread is available Friday and Saturday.
We highly recommend pre-ordering if you'd like a loaf.
Bread has been selling out, and while we'll make some available for walk ins where we can, we can't guarantee there'll be any left when you arrive.
Pre-order and we'll have your loaf sliced and ready for you to pick up.
Perfect for toast, sandwiches or keeping a few slices tucked away in the freezer.
Banana Walnut Maple Cake | Friday & Saturday
Our Banana Walnut Maple Cake is made with ripe bananas, toasted walnuts and Canadian maple syrup.
Soft, textural, moreish and not too sweet.
Available Friday and Saturday, by the slice or as a limited number of whole 8 inch cakes.
Whether you're sharing it with friends or just feel like a slice with your afternoon cuppa, no special occasion is required.
