Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can not accommodate returns or refunds unless it matches one of the reasons listed below:

If we are in error and deliver an incorrect product, please contact us by email or phone within 6 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll arrange for the correct order to be sent to the same delivery address at no additional cost.

Butter Mafia is proud to offer our customers quality products, however in the unlikely instance that a product is in some way faulty or damaged through the conduct of Butter Mafia, we will replace it at no additional expense. Contact us by phone or email in any such instances.

We are not able to exchange or refund products that have been ordered incorrectly or if you have a change of mind about chosen product(s) for any reason. If your address changes and you fail to update your details on the site, you will be liable for the products being delivered to the incorrect address. Butter Mafia reserves the right to pass on redelivery charges if incorrect address details have been provided or where we are not able to complete the delivery due to insufficient contact details. Butter Mafia will not be responsible for any delays in delivery that fall outside the control of Butter Mafia, its employees or agents.
