So many GF cakes disappoint but this cake ticks all the box’s. Not too sweet, great texture and delicious served with cream and strawberries. The secret to the surprising ‘crunch’ is millet. Di good I went back for more a few days later

A random person recommended I check out this bread. Turns out it’s true. It is sliced ready for a soft sandwich or toast. Five days later stored in its bag in the fridge, it’s still delicious. Check it out for yourselves
