On selected weekends, we turn our production kitchen into a pop up shop. Gluten free choux pastries, toasted sandwiches, savoury muffins, dessert bars, cookies and complimentary filter coffee all in one place.

Sweet, sharp and a little unexpected, our balsamic strawberry choux is filled to order and finished with balsamic strawberries for a fresh seasonal twist.
Fresh from the Oven: 3 Cheese Gluten Free Savoury Muffins
Golden, cheesy and deeply satisfying, our new 3 cheese savoury muffins are made for the moments when you want something savoury instead of sweet.
These muffins are part of the more staple-style savoury range we’re building at Butter Mafia, with simple, really good gluten free bakery food you can keep coming back for.
Hot Toasted Sandwiches at Our Northcote Pop Up
Made fresh and pressed hot, our toasted sandwiches are one of the reasons people line up during our special pop ups.
Crisp on the outside, melty in the middle and served straight from the press, they’re available in Northcote during pop ups only or at our Dandenong Market Shop every market day.
Young Coeliacs Program for School Holidays
These school holidays, we’re continuing something that means a lot to us.
If you’ve got a young coeliac under 16 in your life, we’ve got something on us for them with any purchase.
Because we know what it can fee llike – standing there unsure, feeling left out, or wondering if it's safe to eat.
We want this to be a place where that feeling disappears.
