This treat was made to take you back to your childhood. It took us a while - and lots of trial and error(s) - to figure out how to do Gluten Free and Vegan well. I can confidently report that we are very pleased with this Old School Lemon Slice - The Lady Assassin.
Our intention was to give you a tasty treat that you would never be able to tell is both plant based AND gluten free. This one is also nut and date free so it is light while packing a lemony punch in the flavour department. The Lady Assassin is topped with zesty smooth frosting speckled with vanilla beans so you'll feel the textural difference with a lush mouthfeel and pop of flavour with each bite.
From the feedback we've received, we've definitely done something right! We've been told "This is what my grandma's lemon slice tastes like! How did you make it without the dairy and gluten?!" Well the hard bit to us so you can spend your time and energy enjoying your treats instead.
