Classic Chocolate Hedgehog with Belgian Chocolate Ganache and Gold Dusted Maldon Salt Flakes

The Head Honcho is an old school chocolate hedgehog. We made this to take you back to your childhood. We've got all the elements of the classic chocolate hedgehog, pieces of our house made biscuit, subtle hints of fine coconut and topped with a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache that is sprinkled with gold dusted Maldon salt flakes. This chocolate Hedgehog is delicious and I'm sure you'll love it!

The Head Honcho is made with Belgian chocolate so it's going to be a bit more chocolatey than what you'd find in regular suburban bakeries. We specifically made this for our young coeliacs who have egg and dairy allergies. This is also nut free and plant based, in addition to being gluten free like everything else we make. You'd never guess it though.

Approximately 8 x 3 x 3cm.

Best stored refrigerated in an airtight container and consumed within 1 week.

Can be frozen for up to 8 weeks.

OMG what can I say? As a lifelong lover of Hedgehog I tried this without expectation. How naive I was! Kenn has absolutely nailed the recipe and I can say with all sincerity that it is the best I have ever tasted. Ever!!
The texture is a delight, and the flavour is phenomenal.
Looking forward to my next visit to Butter Mafia to stock up on some more!
