Keep the Basque Cheesecake refrigerated. For the best texture and flavour, remove from the fridge and allow it to come towards room temperature before serving.

Keep savoury muffins refrigerated if enjoying within a few days, or freeze for longer storage.

If frozen, transfer the muffins to the fridge the night before you plan to enjoy them.

Savoury muffins are best enjoyed warm:

Oven: 180°C for 10 minutes

Air fryer: 190°C for 8 minutes

Microwave: 30 seconds

From room temperature

Oven: 180°C for 8 minutes

Air fryer: 190°C for 6 minutes
