While our Northcote location is open Monday to Friday offering all the delicious desserts available in our online store, these special pop up events are different! During special pop ups, we bring our famous toasted sandwiches and choux pastries that are typically ONLY available at our Dandenong Market shop to Northcote. 

This is your chance to enjoy our Dandenong Market exclusives without the journey south for our Strawberry & Pistachio Choux and Toasted Sandwiches.

    • Strawberry & Pistachio Choux
      • 🍓 First, we fill the choux pastry with a bright and juicy strawberry reduction
      • 🍮 Then, we add our silky not too sweet vanilla custard
      • 🌿 Finally, we drizzle smooth pistachio paste over the golden choux pastry

A: Yes! Our entire range is 100% gluten free and made in our dedicated gluten free kitchen which is accredited by Coeliac Australia

Q: Will you have regular pop ups in Northcote?
A: Yes we will! We're testing the waters with these special pop ups that bring our Dandenong Market exclusives to Northcote. Remember that our Northcote location is open Monday to Friday with our regular online store offerings, but these pop ups feature special items not normally available here!

Q: What's the difference between your regular Northcote operation and this pop up?
A: Our standard Northcote location offers all the desserts available in our online store Monday through Friday. These special pop ups bring our famous toasted sandwiches and specialty choux pastries that are normally only available at our Dandenong Market shop to Northcote.
