Just in time for Father’s Day, we’re introducing our new Gluten Free Basque Cheesecake.
Baked until deeply caramelised on top, with a rich, soft and creamy centre, it’s our take on the classic Basque cheesecake.
Simple, rustic and made for sharing.
Available as a whole cake in two sizes:
6 inch — serves 4–6
Perfect for a smaller celebration, dinner or sharing between a few people.
10 inch — serves 12–16
Our larger celebration size. Serves 12 generous café style portions, or up to 16 smaller dessert portions.
Each cheesecake is presented on a cake board and kept in the paper it was baked in — part of its rustic, simple finish and also helpful for keeping the cake protected during transport.

Whole Basque Cheesecakes are available for pre-order for Friday and Saturday (pick up only) from our Northcote bakery.
Prefer just a slice? Our Basque Cheesecake is also available by the slice in store Friday and Saturday, subject to availability.
