Soft, savoury and full of cheesy comfort, these muffins are made with cauliflower, cheese and herbs for an easy gluten free breakfast, lunchbox option, work snack or freezer stash.
They are low FODMAP and made without garlic or onion.
Fresh muffins are available for Friday and Saturday pick-up. On Fridays, savoury muffins are available from 11am.
Pre orders are highly recommended as our savoury muffins are baked in limited quantities.
