The Boss is made up of a fudgey black velvet brownie and packed generously with roasted hazelnuts. A thin layer of salted caramel balances and highlights the chocolate and hazelnut flavours. This is then topped with a luscious layer of dark chocolate ganache.

    Wow, wow, wow. This cake certainly lives up to it name. Soooo delicious. Decadent, rich, yummy. I cur mine in half so that I could enjoy it twice. Very morish but can't eat more than one at a time. Love Butter Mafia.. x
