This treat was made to take you back to your childhood. It took us a while - and lots of trial and error(s) - to figure out how to do Gluten Free and Vegan well. I can confidently report that we are very pleased with this Old School Hedgehog.
Our intention was to give you a tasty treat that you would never be able to tell is both plant based AND gluten free. This one is also nut and date free with a biscuit so light it's almost wafer like. This Hedgehog is topped with thin layer of Belgian Chocolate ganache so it's got a bit of decadence too!
Approximately 8 x 3 x 3cm.
Best stored refrigerated in an airtight container and consumed within 2 week.
Can be frozen up to 8 weeks.
